Designer, 4 to 6 years experience
designLAB architects is seeking a talented, self-motivated designer or architect to support unique civic and cultural projects. As a JUST Labeled organization, we offer competitive salary and benefits based on the experience level, and seek to provide growth opportunities for staff at all levels in our collaborative team. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of professional experience and either an undergraduate or graduate architecture degree. Licensure desirable but not required.
Candidates will lead small to medium sized project teams in all aspects of design and delivery, demonstrating experience and/or interest in the following skills:
Highest-level design, graphic, and presentation skills
Lead the development of working drawings, renderings, & graphic design deliverables
Schedule development & management of multi-person teams
Clear communication and strong management/organizational skills is a must
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Office, and Revit Software is required
Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
