The transformation of The Catholic Memorial School’s interior courtyard was anchored by the construction of a new two-classroom building. The simple building supports the music and robotics program at the school, and creates an impromptu stage and backdrop for gatherings or events in the courtyard for up to 600 people. The classrooms both feature large glass overhead doors to connect inside and out. The courtyard also includes a new turf yard, trellis structure, and labyrinth. These new academic and communal spaces will improve Catholic Memorial’s student life and academic curriculum.
